Dwayne has served as the head pastor of Wellspring Church since 2007. He started the church in Charlotte, NC. He is the pastor's director for the Acts 29 Network. The main goal of Dwayne is to equip the next generation of biblical Counselors. He serves part of the board of directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the author of numerous online articles and a contributor to the book Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling Changing lives with God's eternal truth (eds. Kelleman & Viars). Dwayne, the wife of his Leslie and their three children.
